Luc holds a degree in Applied Economics and Econometrics from the Antwerp university UFSIA. He has since taken several courses in the fields of Logistics, Management and Information Technology, including MBA and PICS.

His professional career started in 1978 at Hartog (division of the Unilever group) with the development and implementation of a Warehouse Management, Purchasing and ABC-costing system.

In 1986 he moved to General Biscuits Belgium (part of the Danone group) where he was an architect for applications related to production and logistics. As project leader he selected and implemented an MRP-System.

In 1989 he started his consulting career at Atlas Systems, where he specialized in several packages for shop floor and quality control. Later he joined CA as a consultant for CA-PRMS and Warehouse BOSS.

Then in december 1993 he started his own consulting business specialising in the selection of logistic software and giving innovative advice in the areas of IT, logistics, warehousing, production and management.

After more than 20 years and various successful projects Luc has acquired quite unique business expertise. His major references include Puratos, Libeltex, OrganonTeknika, Burmah Castrol, Plastiflex Europe, RPC, TI Lokeren, PAUWELS TRAFO, en Artsen Zonder Grenzen.
